Principled Philosophy

So often people think they don’t have the funds they want, because they haven’ t had the right opportunities. Consider this, those who are rich can confirm that they made their own opportunities by acting on their ideas—not because someone handed them the perfect money-making opportunity.

Look at your particular strengths to help you determine where you might want to head in the future to increase your financially success. Do you find yourself coming up with breakthroughs in certain areas that others seem oblivious to? Do you get inspired with ideas and insights that help you see a solution to a problem that others would be stumped by?

We all have certain gifts and abilities, and everyone has a few certain things that could be considered an expertise. It’ s something that you probably study on a regular basis, or have conversations about on a regular basis, or are simply very productive in that area. You can get things done in a shorter period of time than most people can in that area.

Capitalizing Potential

Consider what ideas and strengths you have that could make a difference in other people’ s lives. What value can you bring to others? Remember that dollars naturally follow value. Brainstorm in what ways you could create value for others. The following are a few questions to get you thinking.

What do you get complimented on most by co-workers, key relationships, or even clients?
What type of things would you be doing in an ideal day to create value?
What excites you?
What motivates you?
What inspires you?
In what ways do you create value for another person and “ get lost in it” or experience “ flow” ?
What areas do you have superior expertise, and you regularly experience a high degree of productivity?
