It’s all in the “Power Hour”

Your membership is centered around a concept that we call a “Power Hour.” A Power Hour is one hour’s time spent in the morning before you do anything else focusing on your mind, body and spirit. Doing this sets a more productive tone for your day and give you the focus and energy to accomplish the things that you want to accomplish.

Productivity is just one of the benefits of doing a power hour. The main benefit that we want to help you cultivate is the process of gaining a deeper understand of your Soul Purpose and what it means for your life. This morning routine time provides the perfect opportunity to get in tune with who you really are.

The Financial Track

The Financial aspect of life is an imperative place to start for most people. Why? Because if you’re worried about money you’ll be limited in every other area of your life. It will be a reason and an excuse for why you don’t express yourself fully in every other area, and can thereby prevent you from reaching your maximum potential in all aspects of life.

The Financial track of your membership is designed to help you create financial freedom, which will allow you to focus on Soul Purpose. As with the other four tracks (Mental, Spiritual, Physical and Social), the financial aspect of your life can greatly enhance your ability to give and receive abundantly in all other aspects of your life.

The Financial portion of your membership is meant to help you identify ways of improving your financial situation. It is also a time to refocus and equip yourself with insight and knowledge that can guard against a scarcity mindset, thus supporting you in your Soul Purpose.

The Spiritual Track

Regardless of whether you consider yourself to be spiritual or not, regardless of whether or not you are affiliated with any specific religion—there are universal aspects of life that can be called spiritual. Even a devout atheist can be considered a “spiritual” person as they respect their own internal voice.

There’s a bridge between mind and spirit, and as we focus on our individual spirituality it actually allows us to create from a higher point of potential. We become more awakened to a new possibility of abundance, to a new realization of Soul Purpose. The spiritual component of ourselves is where Soul Purpose resides. That’s why it’s the center square, that’s why it holds the other four tracks together.

Philosophers since Plato have pondered the issue of consciousness and where we get our sense of personal identity or “spirit”. There is still no clear answer to that question and perhaps there never will be, but regardless of the different terminology used—each of us does have our own unique contribution to make in this world. Each of us has our own sense of self, and what it is that we want to give and receive within our lifetime. By paying attention to who we are and who we are becoming, life can become more complete and meaningful.

Whatever your spiritual practice may be, devoting a portion of your power hour towards nourishing your soul is a wise investment that will pay out in every other area of your life.

The Mental Track

There is nothing magical about the power our thoughts have over our life, and yet the way we perceive the world will always find a way to manifest itself. In a natural progression, our thoughts leads to our actions, which in turn leads to our outcomes. Our attitudes and thoughts are powerful predictors of the future. Information by itself does not lead to transformation. Rather it takes an open mind, and a constant willingness and commitment to listen and implement inspired ideas. But whose ideas should we all be listening to?

Most always, the answers we seek can be found internally. The wise guru holding the answers to our lives more difficult challenges isn’t found on a high mountaintop, but right inside our own heads. The problem is that we are constantly bombarded with “conventional wisdom”, which is often full of limiting and false ideas that can cover up our own mental clarity and vision. This is where the mental track of your membership comes into play. By devoting your daily routine towards “mindfulness”, or the mental aspect of your being, you’ll be opening yourself up for incredible personal insights, realizations and mental breakthroughs.

But even though our path comes from within, it often takes the wisdom and insights of others to help us break down the mental walls that stand in the way of moving towards a more fulfilling life. When a mind is not actively fed daily meals, a “starvation” mindset of scarcity can easily begin to set in. Whether it’s meditating, reading an enlightening book, tuning in to an inspiring radio broadcast or reviewing a 10 Minutes to Transformation message—the Mental track of your membership will help you productively engage your mind on a daily basis.

The Physical Track

The Physical track of your membership is comprised predominantly of nutrition and exercise. Taking care of your physical self is an important, but oft ignored aspect of reaching your maximum potential. The old saying “If you haven’t got your health, you haven’t got anything” has some truth to it. Poor physical health can make it more difficult to think clearly, experience happiness and have to energy to live your Soul Purpose effectively.

With your membership, you’ll devote a portion of your daily productivity routine towards improving your physical health, whether you use that time to plan an exercise schedule, or to actually exercise is not the point. You could also, for example, use that time to reflect on your food choices and make commitments with yourself to improve your diet, or starting taking supplements, or whatever it is that you determine could make a physical difference in your life.

The Social Track

The social track of the membership encompasses a vast area of our lives. Primarily, this track represents our relationships in life. What are we doing to create positive relationships with our family, our work associates and others? What are we bringing to society in general?

It may seem like such an obvious thing, but many of us allow days to slip by without once taking the time to seriously consider the social aspect of our lives and what it would take to improve it.

As with all of the main tracks, the Social track can effect all of the others in profound ways. Whether our relationships have an uplifting or devastating effect on our Human Life Value is largely determined by our own choices. Taking the time to evaluate the choices we make in our relationships with others is invaluable. Improving your business and personal relationships is one of the most effective ways to increase your sense of fulfillment and general happiness.
